If you’re wondering why there are two Isaac Martinez’s on this, I’m the son of the other one and one of Tom’s grandkids mentioned in that post. That aside, Tom Lothrop was an American hero, and persevered through all the hardships in his life. He never gave up once, and faced death with dignity. In addition to that, he was an amazing grandfather and an even better friend. I enjoyed conversing with him, listening to him and him listening to me. Although I’m fifteen when writing this, I hope to be as good of a grandparent as he was someday. Tom Lothrop is and will always be my favorite grandfather.

I have so many fond memories when Tom lived in Mass years ago, and the old pictures of visits from Tom, Jackie and Jess always make me smile!  Sending love and condolences to Susan, Jess and family!❤

Thank you so much for your love and support. I truly appreciate all the experiences you have shared with me the past 15 years. I remember when you taught me how to change the oil in our car the first which I then showed your grandchildren how to do it. Thank you so much for sharing your life with us.You will always be with us.Love always.
