67, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2011. She was born December 28, 1943 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late John and Vera Spencer. She is survived by her sons, Michael E. Black and Shannon R. Sears; step-daughter, Sherry Sears; sister, Audrey Graves; and grandchildren, Nicole, Michael Jr., Candace, Kaitlin, and Courtney Black. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Carl and Bobby Spencer.
