

Kay's baby dedication was held, along with her future husband Tom at Second Friends Church in Indianapolis Indiana at Christmas time in 1942. They were married in that church on June 23, 1962, and he survives. They have two children, Shantelle (Steven Denton) Crosley and Thomas (Tina) Crosley, Jr. They have 6 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Janet Rogers, her aunt Nadine Massari, her cousin John Massari and his son and daughter.
She is also survived by her father-in-law Lloyd C. Pickett, her brother-in-laws Monty (Linda) Pickett, Rod (Diane) Pickett, her sister-in-law Kathleen (Tom) Everhart. She also has a large number of nieces, and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Most of her working life was spent as a volunteer and later a paid employee of an exchange student program. As a result of this work her family hosted 25 exchange students for a one year term and about 500 for short periods of one day to several months. Some of theses relationships have lasted over 30 years and she has exchange sons and daughters, spouses, and exchange grandchildren in many parts of the world.
She is a member of the Order of Eastern Star, serving as Worthy Matron and long time Secretary of her Chapter and a term as a state officer..
Her death concludes a long illness lasting about 15 years, At her request there will be no viewing or services
