87, of Indianapolis, passed away December 5, 2014. She is survived by her children, Barbara Hamilton, Jacqueline Jones, Paul (Marcia) Lowe and Joe (Judy) Lowe; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and her siblings, Virginia May and Carl Bailey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Lowe Jr. and her brother, Harold Bailey. A Celebration of Life service will be held on December 20, 2014 at 2pm in the Community Room at Churchman Woods in Indianapolis.
