Jose Luis Escamilla, 79, of Los Angeles, California passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022. Jose was born July 10, 1942 in Atlixco, Puebla, Mexico. Jose is survived by his daughter Angie C. Avalos; his grandchild Angela Martin, his grandson Daniel Martin, his granddaughter Destiny Martin, his grandson Casey Martin, his grandson Gilbert Avalos, his granddaughter Hayley Avalos and his great grandson Adrian Jimenez. Jose was preceded in death by his wife Elsa Chilin. A visitation for Jose will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Bell, 4667 E. Gage Ave, Bell, CA 90201. A christian service will occur Wednesday, February 9, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 4667 E. Gage Ave., Bell, CA 90201. A burial will occur Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Park Lawn Cemetery, 6555 E Gage Ave, Commerce, CA 90040.
