Louis Rios

Louis Rios, 87, entered into eternal peace on Saturday, March 16th, 2013. "It's not the presence of someone that gives meaning to life, but the way someone touches your heart." Louis touched many a heart and will be missed. He was reunited with his son Eugene. Louis served his country and was proud of his accomplishments while he was enlisted with the Navy. Louis was a resident of Los Angeles County for more than 65 years. He was an owned and operated a successful dry cleaning business for more than 62 years. Louis is survived by his second wife Elba Rios who was devoted to taking care of him and stood by his side to the end. He is also survived by his daughter Yolanda Rios (Tony). Left to cherish the memory of their loving grandfather are Anthony Rios, Jennifer Rios, Rena Deras, and Elva Elena Deras. He will be missed by his great-grandchildren: Eric Rios, Alan Lopez, Alexa Michelle,and Matthew. The services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Ángel Bell located at 4677 E.
