Luisa is survived by her hijo Arthur Vergara; her hermano Kenelmo Vargas, her hermano Jesus Vargas, her hermano Noe Vargas, her hermana Agueda Vargas, her hermana Maria Feliciano Vargas, her hermana Guadalupe Vargas and her hermana Carmen Vargas.
