Richard proudly served in the Navy during WWII and Korean War. His passion was being an engineer in which he spent most of his career.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Maralyn Joy Lee and extended family and friends..
A committal service for Richard will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
