Alice M. Schroder 88, passed away August 11, 2012. Allie was well known for her paintings and was an active member of the Houston Civic Arts Association. She was an amazing cook, who made every occasion and family celebration a special event. She worked for Foleys for over 17 years.
Allie is survived by her husband of 69 years Dale Schroder; Daughter Joanne Owens; Son David Schroder; Granddaughter, Courtney Schroder; Great-Granddaughter Zoe Schroder Cox ; and Brother Melvin Solland of Alberta Canada.
Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. , Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
