My darling Amanda , you have been gone for a week. I miss you so much. I rejoice you are with our Lord. You will never feel pain. No one will ever stick you or poke you. No more operations. I can't wait to see you laughing. Singing and running. I look forward to you meeting me at the pearly gates along with Jesus and for the first time you will say "Hi Mom". I love you my sweetheart. Thinking of sweet Amanda and your family as I have often done, since she was with me so many years ago at the University of Houston. Her precious face and sweet smile still warm my heart. Thank you so much for allowing me to share a part of her life again through the pictures you have shown. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May God bless and comfort you now and in the days to come.

Patti, Barry, Matthew and Andrew
May the Lord comfort you in this time of loss. Like God we want the best for you in everything you do. Amanda was a blessing to hundreds of people during her time on earth. Her courage made an impact on the lives of others beyond what we can believe or imagine. God put Amanda on this earth to expand his kingdom. He gave her to you because he knew that there was not a better mother, father or brother that would care for her and love her more than the four of you did. On the day you enter the kingdom of Heaven Christ will say well done thou good and faithful servant thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things:, enter into the joy of the Lord. Standing behind him waving, smiling and waiting to give you a big hug and kiss will be Amanda Patricia Hawk.
We Love you
