Amparo Villanueva

Amparo Villanueva, age 74, passed away Monday, November 26, 2012. She worked for the Memorial Hermann Hospital System for 38 years. Amparo was preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Maria E. Villanueva and her sisters, Antonia Villanueva and Vivian Villanueva. She is survived by her siblings, Leo (Beryl Hodge)Villanueva, Maria Guerrero and her husband Juan, Juan Villanueva, Louis Villanueva, Linda Villanueva, Frank Villanueva and Alma Luera; nieces and nephews, Tom (Tom Perrio)Villanueva, Carlos Villanueva, Cyntia Villanueva, Elsa M. Switzer and her husband Scott, Hilda Grieshaber, Louis M. Villanueva, Chris Villanueva and his wife Kim, Patricia Miller and Renee Leighton; much beloved grand-nephews, Collin Villanueva and Braxton; grand nieces and grand nephews, Sara M. Guthrie, Ethan Guthrie, Mauro Villanueva, Ruth Villanueva, Esai Villanueva, Dario Villanueva, Iram Villanueva, Victoria Villanueva, Christina and Tyler Villanueva.

Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a Rosary beginning at 8:00 pm, Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 6921 Chetwood Dr., Houston, TX 77081. Rite of Committal will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
