Charles Conrad Baranski, 73, of Houston, passed away on Sunday, January 25th. Born June 28th, 1952 in Madison, Wisconsin, he was the son of Helen and Conrad Baranski. Chuck was a commercial real-estate appraiser for 40 years and owned the Baranski Valuation Group for the last 30. In his prime, he was a triathlete and completed three marathons and several long-distance road bike competitions. He was also a musician for most of his life, teaching himself to play guitar when he was 14 years old and joining a band soon after. Chuck is survived by his daughter, Erica, and son, Blake. He is remembered by his goofy sense of humor and love for travel, Memorial Park, and Houston’s art scene and freeway system. He will be greatly missed.
