Fred was born in Houston, Texas to Joseph and Mary Kruger. He served with the Navy in Vietnam, then returned to graduate from University of Houston before working as a Geophysicist.
He is survived by his wife Katie and son Joseph. He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Annette (Cookie) Kruger.
A graveside service for Fred will be held Monday, January 24, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
