Together, Ghislaine and Reynold raised three children: Reggie Canez (and wife Joan), Joanne Canez, and Judith Maisonneuve (and husband Reginald). She was a proud and devoted grandmother to eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and whom she cherished deeply.
A woman of many passions, Ghislaine was an exceptional cook, an avid gardener, a talented seamstress, and a world traveler. She was an active member of her community through the International Women Association, gourmet club, garden club, and she gave generously of her time volunteering with the Baptist Haiti Mission—a cause close to her heart.
Ghislaine’s warmth, compassion, and natural gift for conversation touched everyone she met. She was known for her generosity, her deep faith, and her unwavering desire to help others.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Brigitte Mtimet and Francoise Boucard, and a loving extended family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Reynold and her brother Serge Boucard.
