Enthusiasm and exhuberance were the two qualities which Harvey brought to the table. I met him in 1968 when we were both working as claims adjusters. We both played on the company softball team and our paths would later cross when I served as his legal counsel in a civil matter.

My sincerest condolences to all of the family. Harvey was thoughtful and will never forget the kindness he always showed to my parents .RIP Harvey
