Hazel is survived by her son Herbert C. Pool III, daughter, Donna Otto, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 to 1:00 PM, followed by the funeral service 1:00 PM, Friday, January 19, 2018 at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 4525 Bissonnet St. The interment will be 3:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale St.
