Helen B. Rosenbaum, 92, of Houston passed away peacefully on October 24, 2012. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she moved to Newport News, Virginia, in 1946 and to Houston in 1958. She lived a full and happy life surrounded by loving family and friends. An accomplished pianist, she was active in several charitable organizations, including the Houston Symphony and Planned Parenthood. She was predeceased by her husband, Jules Rosenbaum, and is survived by children Enid Knobler and her husband Ivan; Julie Fischer and her husband, Richard; Nathan Rosenbaum and his wife Sabrina; grandchildren David Knobler and his wife Cathy, Ashley and Alexa Fischer, Julianna Rosenbaum; and great grandchildren Shannon, Haley and Jake Knobler. Funeral services will be Friday, October 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m at Levy Funeral Directors, 4525 Bissonnet in Bellaire.
