

Dr. Henry "Hank" Morris Goldberg, age 76, born to Nat and Shirley (Rozran) Goldberg July 7, 1936, died peacefully at his home on March 23, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Hank's survived by his wife Janet (Jordan) Goldberg; his son Kenneth Goldberg and wife Sarah Wood; and his three grandsons Sam, Nat and Jacob Goldberg. He is also survived by his two step-daughters, Jeanne (Jordan) Hatthorn and husband Chris, and Lindsey (Jordan) LeCompte, husband Steven and son Colton LeCompte. He will be missed by his beloved Boxer "Annie". Hank was predeceased by his son Peter Goldberg. Hank received both his Bachelor's and Medical degrees from Marquette University, which honored him with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. Hank served his country as a combat surgeon in Vietnam. Upon returning to Milwaukee from his military service, he joined his father's medical practice. He founded Milwaukee Industrial Clinics in 1979, and the company expanded to become Occupational Medical Clinics of America (OMCA). He sold OMCA and founded Substance Abuse Management Inc. (SAMI), which became the world's largest drug testing company. Instead of retiring after selling SAMI in 2001, he founded RAIR Technologies, providing electronic data management to the trucking industry. He sold that company in 2011 after moving to Houston. Hank served on the Board of Directors of the Medical College of Wisconsin (formerly Marquette) where he was also a clinical professor for many years. Hank traveled a long road and had a robust energy for living life; he deeply cared about all those he touched along the way. Interment for Hank will be at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington D.C. Hank will truly be missed by all who loved him.
