Karine Gips Malant, 93, died December 13, 2012. Born Yorktown, TX 1919. Karine is predeceased by parents, Teresa and Herman Gips, brothers, Wilfred and Rubin Gips, and nephew, Glen Gips. She is survived by nieces, Kathryn Sharman and Martha Bell; nephews, Edward, Douglas, Brian and Jerry Gips and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. The family would especially like to express our gratitude to Karine’s caregivers – Diane, Sandy, Lana, Kathryn and Desiree for their excellent care, compassion and love.
