On the afternoon of Thursday, April 14th, 2016, Lenny passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by Estelle, his loving wife of 63 years; his brother Jay Silverstein; daughter and son-in-law, Andrea & Stephen Cooney; his daughter Amy Silverstein; son and daughter-in-law, Scott & Gail Silverstein; grandchildren Jennifer & Craig Steinfeld; Pamela & Robert Pierre; Rachel & Geoff Schmelkin; Jeffrey Silverstein; Matthew Silverstein; and great grand-dogs Elton John, Warrior, Lambchop, Chloe, and Sampson. Lenny was preceded in death by his sisters Evelynne Karic and Pearl Gold.
