

He was born in the Bronx, New York, and grew up in Brooklyn. To those who knew him, he was unforgettable, he lived an exciting and storied life, he was adored by many and a trusted confident and friend to many Presidents, Ministers of Foreign Countries and celebrities.
He never met a stranger, and his presence wherever he went was undeniable and unmistakable. The most important thing to him was his family. He also had a deep love of country and served in the army, and as Presidential Honor Guard, He later served as Consulate, was responsible for organizing and started the Consular Corps of Texas, as well as serving his country in other capacities.
He was the first to offer help to anyone in need and would always go to extreme measures to care for his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to US Department of Veteran Affairs.
