Pearl Alice Campise

Pearl Walker Campise was born on February 23, 1928 to Eugene Walker and Elsie Nelson Walker in Houston, Texas. She went peacefully, to be with her Lord and her beloved Tony on December 5, 2010. Pearl had a loving spirit and this legacy will live on through her family and all with whom she came into contact.

She is survived by her children, Anthony Jr. and Charlie and their children Anthony III, Gino, Rocky, Dawn and Sam Blanton, Samantha, Emmitt, and Bruce; Joseph Sr. and Elizabeth Clause Campise and their children, Joseph Jr. and Jacqueline , Santino and Jessica and Jay; Anna and Rich Gerstley and their children, Kristin and Rob Hawthorne and Jason. She is also survived by grandchildren, Vincent, Anthony and Gina Campise; sixteen great grandchildren and three great -great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and countless friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband and soul mate Anthony Vincent Campise, Sr.; her son Gene Louis Campise and granddaughter Pearl Campise; sisters Daisy, and Lucille and brothers Pat,Bill, and Barney.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. recited by Sr. Stephen Ann, O.P., Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 6700 Ferris. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 6921 Chetwood Drive, with the Rev. Len Broniak, C.Ss.R., Celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery, 13102 North Freeway, Houston Texas, 77060.

Pallbearers will be Vincent and Anthony Campise, Joseph and Santino Campise, Jason Gerstley, and Anthony Campise II and Rob Hawthorne. Honorary Pallbearers will be Pete Chiara, Charles and Anthony Campise, Joe Campise, Gino Campise, Rocky, Jay Cooke, and Sam Blanton

May the light and love Pearl gave to the world continue to shine and inspire all who were blessed to have known her.
