Phyllis Fontana Osborn, born November 18, 1924. Died December 4, 2016 to Charles and Janie Fontana. She attended Blessed Sacrament Elementary School and graduated from Incarnate Word Academy in 1942. Phyllis married a lieutenant in the Navy, Bryce Osborn in 1947.
She is survived by her daughter Andrea Osborn, her grandson Nathan Rinard, and her sister Anne Fontana Neeley. The family would like to thank Todd and Nicole Dittman, Tommy Todd for bringing the Eucharist for the last10 years to her.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary recited at 7:00 PM, Friday, December 9th at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 1:00 PM, Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6800 Buffalo Speedway. The Rite of Committal will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery
