I remember the last time I saw Robert it was quite late at night and he was singing Gilbert and Sullivan songs and tenderly kissing his wife Ada on his way to bed. He had a good singing voice. It's a poignant memory but a good one, as are all my memories of Robert.

I miss my grandfather so much. Everyday I think about him and his amazing personality. I love him so much. He was so caring and loving. I will always remember him. Rest in peace.

Today one year ago grandpa died. It feels like yesterday i was told he passed. it really gets me thinking. he is loved and missed by all who's lives he touched. Thanks for an amazing life grandpa

Robert had a very gentle manner and was an attentive listener. You could talk to him about anything from Shell Oil to Gilbert and Sullivan operettas to egg-in-the-hole! I always remember his referring to me as "Old Boy" whenever I rang from England on Presidents' Day or Passover. He and Ada were great hosts to my sister and me in Houston in 2011. He'll be very much missed down here.

Robert was a warm, loving and wonderful cousin, and a great friend. What a privilege to have known him! The Stern family will miss him very much.

May the bereaved family of Mr. Roger, be comforted by knowing that your dear loved one has the wonderful prospect of resuming life again, free from all causes of death and the heartaches it brings.

I have felt blessed to have walked this earth during Robert's time here.  His influence as a role model during that past forty two years was tremendous.  To be in his presence was always a delight and a learning experience in the ways of kindness, caring and wisdom.  Bob will be, as Noah so poignantly proclaimed, forever missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Roger family during this time of grieving as well as celebration of life.
