Tyler Preston Cheevers

Tyler Preston Cheevers, age 14, of Houston, Texas passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022. Tyler was born May 29, 2008, and was the oldest child of Stan and Caroline Cheevers. Tyler passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, at Texas Children's Hospital. A celebration of Life, will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 1pm

Tyler is survived by his parents, Stan and Caroline, as well as siblings Justin, 12, Hailey, 12 and Ava, age 8. He adored his auntie V, and his teacher, Ms Mollie. Tyler was known as "batman" to those who knew him, and made friends everywhere he went. Tyler was a gentle child who loved soft music, traveling and being in water. His favorite activities were singing, feeding stingrays and being with his favorite people. He was a happy child, quick to smile, and flash those bright brown eyes. Anyone who was lucky enough to get a smile, instantly fell in love with him. He will be missed for eternity.

Those planning on attending Tyler's celebration of life, the family asks that you wear something batman or superhero related please.
