Uri's warmth & good cheer/humor were always apparent,together with his dedication to his family & work.

Uri was one of the finest artists in Houston. I enjoyed many hours next to him at drawing sessions at the Artery. His genius with the human figure was unparalleled. He shared his gift of teaching with everyone he met, me included. I am a better artist because of Uri.

Gifted in so many ways, Uri will be missed by all who knew him.  My prayers are with Uri and his family during this time loss.

I am saddened to hear of Uri's passing. He was a regular over the years around Art League Houston. Other artists at ALH had great respect for Uri and many learned from him. Deep condolences to his family and all who knew him. Uri will be missed.
