Victor was born July 28, 1930, in Gravelbuerg, Saskatchewan, Canada to the late Sarah Catherine McLeod Bolton and Joseph Henry Bolton. He grew up as the youngest son in a loving family of 13 children, with six sisters: Sister Eva; Sister Kathleen; Mary Virginia; Margaret; Marion; and Madeleine, and six brothers: Bernard; Ferdinand; John Francis; Leonard; Charles; and Norman, all of whom have pre-deceased him. Victor stayed in that business, spending the last 24 years of his career in Lubbock, Texas as the owner and operator of Brite Way Cleaners until his retirement at the age of 80. Victor was a faithful member of Rotary International and maintained a perfect attendance record for 50 years. Victor proudly became a United States citizen in 2011.
