Bill was one of the kindest and most generous persons I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He always left everyone he met with a smile on their face and a sense that he truly cared about them. His presence on Earth will be greatly missed, and Heaven just got a lot funnier. Snippity snap Bill! May you rest in the eternal peace of God's love.
