Ms. Furlow graduated from Belleville Township High School and was a long standing member of the VFW Ladies Auxillary Post 1739 and Waitress and Bartender Local 117.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ida Schleicher; husband, Mack Furlow; son, Alan Rothenbuecher; brother, Melvin Schleicher; and brother-in-law, William Palmisano.
Surviving are her son, David (Bonnie) Rothenbuecher of Dunedin, FL; sisters, Joyce Palmisano of Glendale, AZ and Lynette Schleicher (Don) Bryant of Chautauqua, IL; grandson, James Rothenbuecher; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
VISITATION: Friends may call from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Valhalla-Gaerdner-Holten Funeral Home, 3412 Frank Scott Parkway West, Belleville, IL
FUNERAL: Services will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014 at noon at the funeral home. Interment will be at Valhalla Gardens of Memory.
