Bernice was a homemaker and a former member of the Belleville Senior Citizens and of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.
Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Lester L. Scheich; parents, Henry and Elizabeth, nee Rutz, Ripplinger.
Surviving are her son, Gary (Marylin) Scheich; grand son Scott (Peggy) Scheich; great grand son Kurtis Scheich all of Freeburg, Illinois
