In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her brothers Charles Long; James Long; sister, Edna Sanders; great-nephew, Chad Blake; and step-son, Guy W. Wilson.
Those left to cherish her memory include Jay Carter; sister Dorothy Blake; niece, Kelly Hamlyn; nephew Stephen Blake; great nephews, Buddy Blake; Blake Hamlyn; great niece, Samantha Blake; great-great niece Rylee Hamlyn; and great-great nephew Bradley Hamlyn.
A service to celebrate Betty’s life will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 19, 2018 at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home. Friends may gather with the family Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 4 until 8pm.
