Dennis and I have been friends since 1994, we shared many weeks of golfing (with Cary Smith), and at least once a week if not golfing, trying to find the cheapest food and cold adult beverages. Dennis spent many holidays with us. We argued all the time about politics, but all in fun. Dennis you will be missed, thanks for the stimulating conversations and great cigars! Your Main Man, Johnny

We send our sincere condolences to the family. We have such fond memories of Dennis during the holidays when he would came to visit Don and Nancy in Katy Texas. He always greeted us with a warm smile and a strong hug. Dennis would share a whiskey and cigar with Craig and Don which normally would go into the late evenings. Dennis lived life to the fullest and we were blessed to have known him.

Some 30 years ago, Dennis, John Konopka and I joined the Belleville Moose Lodge - mostly because they had a Golf league. When time for the 1st Tournament came around, they stuck us three strangers together and as it turned out, we three won the tournament. For the next 30 years, we played golf together almost every week on any golf course in the area. We even took a weekend trip to Tunica, MS to play several courses there. In all cases, cold pitchers of beer or Margaritas and something to eat along with good cigars were included in our outings. Although, because of various ailments, we grew apart the past several years, I am proud to say Dennis and John are my "golfing" buddies and my friends.
