Dorothy May Davis

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur W. and Florence M. (Parsons) Rich, husband of 59 years, Paul Davis, one son, Robert E. Davis, one son-in-law, Bill Kaesberg, four brothers, Bill (Ann) Rich, Stanley Rich, Ernest Rich, Arthur Rich and one nephew, Bob Rich.

She is survived by two sons; Roger (Sharon) Davis of O'Fallon, Illinois, and Steve (Pat) Davis of Belleville, Illinois; a daughter, Barb Kaesberg of Freeburg, Illinois; and five grandchildren, Roger (Karen) Davis Jr., Tonya Crawford, Jason (Denise) Kaesberg, Sara (Kyle) Davis and Ryan Davis; 6 great-grandchildren, Allycia Crawford, Alyssa Kaesberg, Heather Shipley, Kristen (Chris) DeGonia, Sonny Collins, Jeremiah Reid and one great-great granddaughter, Asariah Luli. Dorothy is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed playing cards every night with a group of friends. Dot enjoyed camping, fishing and taking group tours with her husband, but most important of all is the time she spent with family.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 26th, 2022 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois 62223.

Interment will follow in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois.

Memorials may be made in Dorothy’s name to Family Hospice or American Thyroid Association.
