Harold M. Evans

Harold was a United States Navy Veteran who served in World War II. He was a member of Christ Savior Lutheran Church in Freeburg, Ill., where he taught Sunday school at the church. He loved the Chicago Cubs and Golfing.

He was preceded in death by his wife Norma L. Evans, nee Smith; and two brothers, Frank & Vic Evans

Surviving are his son, Mike Evans of Omaha, Nebraska and his daughter, Kimberly Evans (Clayton) of Belleville, Ill., and his dog, Sasha.

Funeral services: Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, July 11, 2011 at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home with Rev Charles West officiating. Interment will be held privately in Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Ill.
