

James is preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Christopher Noblitt; and granddaughter, Paige Marie.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Susan (Streck) Baltz; daughter, Lori (Kelly) Sandheinrich; sons, Michael (Monique) Baltz and Thomas Baltz; stepchildren, Steven (Jerolyn) Noblitt and Michael (Robin) Noblitt; grandchildren, Megan (Tyler) Kleinschmidt, Sophia Baltz, James Baltz, Nicholas Noblitt, Madeline Noblitt, and Alex Noblitt; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Lucille, and Bodhi Kleinschmidt; brother, Richard (Gina) Baltz; plus countless extended family and friends.
Jim served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged as a 1st Lieutenant.
Jim attended Washington University on a scholarship and graduated with a degree in electrical engineering.
His entire career was spent in that field founding his own company, Baltz and Company, Ltd.
Jim enjoyed living in the country, spending time outdoors, working on special projects, and was an avid tennis player.
Per James’s wishes cremation will be accorded. All services are private and will be held at a later date. Please send flowers to the family residence.
