Lynn Vostry, 75, passed away of heart complications unexpectedly on August 19, 2022 in Belleville, IL. Lynn was born in 1947 in East St. Louis, IL and graduated from Belleville West High School in 1965.
Lynn is survived by a son, Tadd (Ellen) Moore; a daughter, Kerri (Paul) Cato; a grandson, Gavin Moore; a granddaughter, Megan (Julie) Ehret; two great granddaughters and countless loved ones.
More than anything, Lynn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had an eclectic set of interests including big band music, classic movies, baking, bingo, competitive board games and her favorite slot machines.
Those who knew her will always remember her feisty spirit, her sense of humor and most importantly the love she had for her children & her extended chosen families.
A memorial gathering for Lynn will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 PM officiated by Pastor Larry Ridenour. Attendees are encouraged to bring quarters for a special remembrance.
