Rebecca is preceded in death by her parents Frank Edward Cook and Bernice Cecelia Anderson; brother, Richard Cook.
Surviving are her children, Gregory Johnson of New Athens, Illinois and Christine Valdez (Steven Chesebro) of Belleville, Illinois; grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, Brittany Johnson, Cody Fink, Joshua Johnson, Justin Johnson, Michael Johnson, Dakota Valdez, Victoria Valdez, and Jacob Valdez; Great grandchildren, Hayden, Jayden and Kelsy; sisters in law, Mae Cook and Ginger Croy.
