Richard Eugene Lowe

Mr. Lowe was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Belleville, Ill., and Local 148 Operating Enginers, St. Louis, MO. He served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. Richard was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Mr. Lowe was preceded in death by his parents, William Richard and Viola Lowe, nee Kaemmerer; brother, Kenneth Lowe; brother-in-law, Alfred Uffelmann, Raymond Lunte, and Albert Burmester; sister-in-law, Luella Burmester.

Surviving are his wife, Arlou Ann Lowe, nee Uffelmann, Belleville, Ill., whom he married Feb. 4, 1956; children, Daniel (Dana) Lowe, Encinitas, CA., Rebecca (Kevin) Korte, Belleville, Ill., Charles (Tracy) Lowe, New Athens, Ill., Kristine Lowe, Irving, TX., Kathleen (Daniel) Kowalik, St. Peters, MO., and Matthew Lowe, Oceanside, CA.;

Grandchildren, Christopher (Brandy) Lowe, Richard (Becky) Lowe, Amanda (Tom) Trautt, Danny Lowe, Stephen Korte, and Russell Lowe; great grandchildren, Alex, Colin, and Tori; brothers, Robert (Jeanette) Lowe, and Ronald (Bernice) Lowe; sister, Dorthy Lunte; brother-in-law, Willard (Rose) Uffelmann; sister-in-laws, Elma Lowe, and Wilma Uffelmann.
