He is preceded in death by his foster parents, Harold and Mary Lou Wiget; and son-in-law, Alex White.
Robert is survived by his children; Robbie (Robin) Buck and their children; Allison, and Cody, James Buck and his children; Tipton, Isabella (Keelan) Aydin (Vanessa), and Lilly, and Molly White and her children; Jack, and Mitchell and brothers, sisters, and extended family.
He served his country valiantly in the United States Air Force, serving in the Vietnam War and later received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Bob had a passion for science and devoted his life to making the environment a better place for his children. He was an avid bird enthusiast and naturist and loved riding his Harley-Davidson.
He loved coaching his sons’ sports and camping with family and friends.
Per Robert’s wishes, cremation will be accorded.
Interment will be private at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
