Ruth was a retired Federal Employee for Scott Air Force Base as a Budget Analyst and later as an accountant for Nester Realty.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Henry J. and Anna, nee Munie, Seibel; daughter, Janis F. Eccles and a nephew, Stephen Mitchell.

Surviving are her husband, Dean O. Eccles; son, Keith D. Eccles; granddaughter, Dawn and her husband James; two great grand children and a sister, Helen M. Beatty.
There will be no visitation. Upon Mrs. Eccles request cremation was held.
