She is survived by her loving children, Susan Fiedler and her husband Dale, and Robert Stilson and his wife, Mary Beth. Ruth was a proud grandmother to Dan (Kristin), Amber (Israel), Kellie (Bobby), and Luke (Nicole). Over the course of her life, Ruth worked as a teacher in a one-room schoolhouse, a dental assistant, and a full time mother and wife.
Ruth found joy in life’s simple pleasures — getting her hair done, playing Scrabble, watching the Game Show Network, going out to eat and enjoying the occasional cocktail. Above all, Ruth will be remembered for her wit, kindness, and the gentle way she made others feel welcomed and loved. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
