Todd was born December 12, 1963 in Belleville, IL to Donald R. and Carol J. (Dellamano) Barts. They preceded him in death.
He is survived by his siblings, Timothy (Tina) Barts of Troy, IL, Thomas (Sam) Barts of Belleville, IL and Teri (Edward) Waghorn of Farr West, UT; many nieces and nephews; and his close friend, Lisa Olsen.
The family has entrusted Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home in Belleville with cremation rites. Final interment will be held at Valhalla Gardens of Memory.
