Virginia I Tebby

Virginia Isabel Tebby, 101, of Millstadt, Illinois, formerly of Dunnellon, Florida, born January 14, 1910 in North Vernon, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Marka Nursing Home in Mascoutah, Illinois surrounded by her family.

Virginia was a long time member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary, having served as the State Commander of Illinois in 1963. She was also a long time member of the Eastern Star #235 serviving 20 years as SGT at ARMS at the national level and for over four decades was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunnellon, Florida.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ella, nee Willman, Tebby; brother, Ernest Tebby; daughter in law, Bonie Loiseau and her 1st husband, Henry Loiseau.

Virginia is survived by her son, Lawrence Loiseau ofMillstadt, Illinois; granddaughter, Joyce (Joe) Stumph of Dorsey, Illinois; grandson, Dale Loiseau of Fairview Heights, Illinois and two great grandsons, chad Stumph and Shawn Stumph, also, survived by other relatives, family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the funeral home

Interment will be held in the Valhalla Gardens of Memory, Belleville, Illinois
