He was born on July 18th, 1959 in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, to Herbert W. and Susan T. (Legendre) Lilley.
Wally was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Deanna Dee Marie (Secodeluca) Lilley.
He is survived by his many cousins.
Wally had served his country in the United States Navy. He later worked at Boeing as an Aircraft Mechanic. He was a collector of many things, was a vintage car enthusiast and enjoyed model cars, stamps, reading and watching movies.
Memorial Gathering will be Saturday, April 2nd, 2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 2nd, 2022 at 12:00 pm at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.
