Hi Dear Joan and Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Bahman's passing. I knew him for a very long time and I always liked and respected him and always had  fun and great conversation. He was always busy and joy of life and his energy transferred to others and myself during the conversation. I liked him very much and he was always talked about his family and was a proud family man. I pray for his sole to be in peace and I pray to God to give strength and patient to his family during these difficult time. My Condolences to Dear family and friends.

Dear Joan, Ryan, Dustin & Shawn,

I was so saddened to hear of Bahman's passing.  Ever since I sat next to him on my first day at Boeing way back in March 1986, Bahman has been friendly, helpful and a joy to work with.  And it was fun to keep in contact as our Boeing careers took different turns over the years.  I will always remember our fun and interesting conversations ranging from airplanes to home improvement projects.  Bahman will be greatly missed by all of us.  My sincere condolences to you all and your extended family.

I was heartsick to hear from my sister Lauren about your husband. We never even thought things like this could be possible so long ago when we were young. I think about you still from time to time and wish we lived nearer.  I’ve seen photos of your family, and you have such a fine family. Take care and may you know joy again very soon. Joan & Family - so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband/father.  It seems only a short time ago that Bahman retired and was so full of life.  Now this disease took his life away prematurely.  Remembering you in my prayers and thoughts.

Dear Joan and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Bahman’s passing.  After following in my Dad’s footsteps and working at Boeing, Bahman was one of the people to make me feel at ease in this new work place. He was so friendly and open. Always asking how my Dad was doing after he had retired. I never really worked with Bahman, but always had a friendly and uplifting chat whenever we ran into each other. My uncle, Bahman was my role model since childhood — always smiling, full of life, and radiating hope wherever he went. He had a rare gift for inspiring people to live fully, just as he did. In every aspect of his life, he was truly successful — not only in what he achieved, but in the kindness he shared with everyone around him.

I still can’t believe he’s gone. Our last trip together to Istanbul will forever remain one of my most cherished memories. Though he’s no longer with us, I know his spirit, his warmth, and his guidance will always stay beside me. Rest in peace, dear Uncle — your light will never fade.

I am so sorry that wonderful, kind, and cheerful Bahman is gone. I only know this pain as a daughter and as a friend as I also grieve with you. I enjoyed knowing and working with Bahman even though we had rare opportunities to do so. We always started with a chat before we got down to business. Joan and family, I am very sorry to hear of Bahman’s passing.  Bahman and I both had 36-year careers in the Environmental Control Systems group at Boeing and shared a lot of experiences working with ice protection systems on various airplane models over that time.  Bahman’s expertise and passion for airplanes were apparent in all his work, and his dedication to ensuring the safety of those systems set an example for the engineers that came after him.  Bahman will be greatly missed.

With a heavy heart, I said goodbye to my dear friend Bahman last week. I am so grateful for having known him for over 40 years and the difference he has made in my life and everyone around him. I am better for knowing him, and even though I have six brothers of my own, he has been like a seventh. I miss him deeply and always will. To Bahman’s family, Joan, Ryan, Dustin, and Shawn, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. May he rest in peace and soar.

Bahman always had a positive outlook on life. He would always greet me with a smile on his face. During the past 10 years that I’ve gotten to know him I always cherished our hallway conversations at Boeing and relished his many stories of his time at the company. He was such a helping hand as a young engineer at the company always sharing his wisdom and optimism. He will be greatly missed. I’m so proud to have called him my friend. Rest in peace Bahman. You’re another angel now in heaven.

Joan, your cousins love you SO much! I'm still sad that I wasn't able to be a bridesmaid at your wedding - stupid car accident. We are so proud of you and your family and know the hole that Bahman's passing will leave in all of your lives. When you come to Salt Lake, we have a guest room! We are deeply saddened by the loss of a good friend and husband to my sweet friend, Joan. 
He was a genuine nice person, caring, his smile and laugh were contagious. We always enjoyed spending time with Bahman and Joan, when they would visit SLC. Their last visit in April of 2024, was a memorable one, since it was the last time we were together. Our thoughts and prayers are with Joan, Ryan, Dustin and Shawn during this most difficult time. We send our love and continued support to the family❣️

He was always supportive, caring, and truly wonderful. I still can’t believe he’s no longer with us, but he will always have a special place in my heart. I only wish I’d had more time with him to create more memories together. I love you Daee Bahman.
