Conner Tusnadi Vacca, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 27. Conner lived his life with purpose, passion, and a spirit of adventure that inspired everyone who knew him.
He charted his own course, embracing each season and every opportunity to pursue what he loved most. In the summers, Conner captained charter fishing boats in Ketchikan, Alaska, where he shared his deep respect for the ocean and created lasting memories with everyone he guided. Those who met him felt an immediate bond with his warmth, humor, and generosity. In the off-season, Conner's passions were travelling the world with his friends, surfing, snowboarding, and mixing music.
Whether he was on the water, in the mountains, or simply gathered with friends, he had an extraordinary gift for creating deep and lasting connections. He was the friend who showed up without question, who listened with his whole heart, and who shared his own stories with openness and vulnerability. He had a deep belief in living each day without hesitation.
Throughout his life, Conner had a way of making people feel seen and valued. He inspired those around him to appreciate each day and to hold close what truly mattered: love, family, and genuine connection. His example of authenticity and courage touched countless lives and left an imprint that will endure.
To know Conner, even briefly, was to feel the light and energy he brought into the world. His adventurous spirit, his kindness, and his steady presence will be remembered always.
Conner is survived by his loving family — parents Chris & Liz Vacca, brothers Sammy & Max Vacca, Grandparents Dick and Linda Vacca, and a wide community of friends whose lives were profoundly shaped by his compassion and zest for life.
