

Born in Omaha, Nebraska on February 21, 1948. Died from cancer on December 5, 2017, at age 69 in Sammamish, Washington. Graduated in 1966 from Omaha Central High School and 1970 from the U. of Nebraska/Lincoln. Married Roger Fairchild in October 1970. Three children: Michael, Anne and Sarah M.D.
