King was born in 1920 in Chekiang, China and later immigrated to the United States, where he built a successful career and a loving family. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Katherina Chang, whom he shared over 69 years of marriage. Together they raised three children, Bill (Amy), Ted (d’d.) (Jane), and Stan (Marisa), who were the pride and joy of their lives. King was also a grandfather to Mari (Lyndon), Kai, and Tyler, PJ (Sreenath), Annie (Billy), and great-grandfather to Mila (Mari), Kieran & Rohan (PJ), Liam & Wes (Annie).
