She was born on February 7, 1963.
Layne will be remembered for love of life, friends, cooking and fishing. Her infectious smile and warmth brought comfort, laughter and love to the people who knew her.
She is survived by her mother, Christine Yamashita, and her brothers, Eric Yamashita and Eron Yamashita.
A celebration of her life for close friends and family will be held on 13th June at Mercer Island Community and Event Center, Luther Burbank Room from 2-4 pm. Dress code will be casual for your own comfort. Please bring your memories of her, but no flowers, gifts or koden.
