Neva Louise Kusak was born on September 3, 1917 in Lima, Ohio and passed away on May 3, 2012 in Mercer Island, Washington and is under the care of Sunset Hills Memorial Park & Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life will be held on May 14, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Congregational Church on Mercer Island.
